At the event broadcast by the Duna TV channel, Doroti Tokodi received the Audience Award, and Janka Végvári was the winner of the Miss Charity sub-competition.
After the jury's votes were tallied, the crown went to Janka Végvári, who scored the most points; the 17-year-old high school student from Mosonmagyaróvár, who studied English, will be able to wear the title of Beauty of Hungary for a year and represent the country at the international Miss World final.
The beauty queen election was broadcast by public media for the ninth time, and the final was hosted by Lili Rókusfalvy and Imre Fodor.

The sixteen finalists walked the runway in four different outfits.
The contestants first took to the stage in sportswear, followed by the so-called creative tour, in which a different Hungarian fashion designer created clothing for each girl - this time inspired by the color of the year, mocha mousse.
Then the contestants took to the catwalk in national costumes dreamed up by Millaas Fashion and evening dresses by Orsolya Dachi.
In the finale, after the votes of the 21-member jury - including competition directors Cecília Rogán-Szendrei and Kata Sarka, Andrea Katzenbach, last year's winner of the competition, and Zoltán Szívós, the coach of the Teletorna, representing MTVA - were summed up, the contestant with the most points won the Miss World Hungary title.

Those sitting in front of the screen could express their opinions through the public vote this year as well.
One of the most important missions of the Miss World competition, which has a history spanning over seventy years, is to raise awareness of social responsibility, both locally and internationally.
Therefore, in the camp organized to prepare the contestants, the contestants presented their chosen charity project in the Miss Charity sub-competition and voted for the most likeable initiative. The winner of this competition was Janka Végvári, who also won the Miss World Hungary competition.

In the domestic competition series, it was essential that the future beauty queen be a hardworking, dedicated, positive and open personality, and speak English well, as she will also have to present the charity project she has developed at the international finale.
