Tall Ship Company launches summer tours on Grand Traverse Bay this weekend
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- Set sail on the Grand Traverse Bay this summer!
Traverse Tall Ship Company sailing season begins this weekend.
The boat tour offers public and private adventures on the Manitou and the Scout.
Manitou is a replica of an 1800s schooner designed for 58-passengers. On theschooner, you can help hoist the sail, turn at the helm and steer the schooner. Snacks and drink are available at the refreshment locker.

Sailing Yacht Scout allows up to six passengers for a private 2-hour cruise around the Bay. While aboard you can chat with crew, raise the sails and steer the ship. All cruises on the Scout include complimentary soft drinks and snacks.
